Personal evidence and company evaluations: what’s the difference?
In Dokimazo, skills can be strengthened both by evidence added by employees and by evaluations issued by the organization. It’s important to distinguish their role and how they are managed.
Personal evidence
Each employee can add evidence to their skills in the Wallet:
- Self-assessments (the perceived level of competence);
- Experiences (work, training, projects, volunteering);
- Learning outcomes (certificates, diplomas, tests).
Personal evidence enriches the individual profile and remains under the control of the employee.
Company evaluations
The organization can add evaluations to an employee’s skill.
- Evaluations are linked to skills that are part of a qualification or among the other company skills.
- They cannot be modified or deleted by the employee.
- They represent an official acknowledgement from the organization of the demonstrated competence level.
Where they appear
- Personal evidence appears in the skill’s timeline, visible to the user and, if the skill is shared, to the organization.
- Company evaluations appear in the same timeline, identified as authentic, second-party validations from the organization.
