View and manage all company skills
The All skills section automatically gathers the skills linked to the organization’s qualifications. From here, you can also create cross-functional skills, assign them to employees, and view the personal skills that employees choose to share.
Skills generated from qualifications
When you create a new qualification, all the target skills defined are automatically added to the All skills section as well.
- Each skill can belong to one or more qualifications.
- Skills remain linked to their original qualifications but are always visible in the general list of company skills.
Create skills not linked to qualifications
From the All skills section, you can create one or more skills not linked to qualifications — useful, for example, for cross-functional competencies required of all employees.
- Examples: “Internal communication”, “Use of the company platform”.
- These skills can be tracked independently of company roles.
After creation, you can assign them directly to employees. In their Wallet, they will appear as Other skills in the shared area with the organization.
Skills shared by employees
Each employee can share some of their personal skills with the organization.
- Shared skills appear in the shared area of the Wallet.
- These skills are not automatically added to the general list of company skills.
- They remain linked to the employee profile that shared them.
What you can do in the “All skills” section
- View the complete list of company skills (both qualification-based and cross-functional).
- Create new skills not linked to qualifications.
- Assign cross-functional skills to one or more employees (visible as “Other skills” in the Wallet).
- View personal skills that employees choose to share, shown separately from the organization’s official skills.
