Add skill sets to a company qualification
In Dokimazo, you can organize the skills of a qualification into skill sets — groups of competencies arranged by theme or activity. Skill sets make the qualification clearer and help both employees and referents navigate the target skills more easily.
Skill sets help make qualifications clearer and easier to read by grouping skills into coherent thematic sections — for example, “Technical skills”, “Managerial skills”, or “Soft skills”.
This structure allows even complex qualifications to be organized into well-ordered sections, making them easier to understand for anyone reviewing them. Employees can better identify which areas to focus their evidence on, while referents have a more consistent framework for evaluating skills in a coherent and transparent way.
Create a skill set within a qualification
- Go to Qualifications and open the desired qualification.
- Access the Target skills tab.
- Click on Create skill set.
- Select the skills you want to include in the skill set.
- Give the skill set a title and a description, then save.
Add or remove skills from a skill set
To add a skill:
- Open the skill set and click on “Add skill”.
- A layer will open showing all the skills in your organization. Select one or more skills.
- Click the “Add” button.
To remove a skill:
- Open the skill set and click the menu with the three dots on the right of the skill you want to remove.
- Select “Remove from skill set”.
- The skill removed from the skill set will remain within the qualification, outside the skill set. To permanently remove it from the qualification, use the contextual menu (three dots at the bottom right of the skill card) and select “Remove from qualification”.
Where skill sets appear
- In the qualification details page, as sections grouping the target skills.
- In the employees’ Wallet, where the qualification appears organized into coherent blocks of competencies.
