<h2>What is an organization in Dokimazo</h2>An organization in Dokimazo represents your company or institution. Within it you can:<ul><li>create Qualifications (company roles) and define target skills;</li><li>involve a Reviewer/Lead for qualification review;</li><li>assign Qualifications to connected employees;</li><li>monitor skills and competency gaps;</li><li>record company evaluations on skills (where applicable).</li></ul>Organizations are managed by Talent Leads or users with administrative permissions.<hr><h2>How to create your organization</h2>You can create a new organization directly from your Skill Wallet. In just a few steps, your company dashboard will be ready to use.<ol><li>Open the user menu at the top right.</li><li>Select Create organization.</li><li>Enter the company name and basic details.</li><li>Click Save: the organization will immediately appear in your dashboard.</li></ol><figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/a62b3bc1-f981-443e-b1bb-ec823d0a22f4"></figure>After creation you can:<ol><li>invite colleagues to join the organization;</li><li>create Qualifications with target skills and a Reviewer;</li><li>assign Qualifications to connected employees;</li><li>edit or revoke existing Qualifications.</li></ol><hr><h2>Roles and permissions in the organization</h2>In Dokimazo, roles aren’t assigned from a settings panel—they’re derived automatically from how the platform is used. Each action (creating an organization, inviting a reviewer or an employee) automatically defines the person’s role.Main roles<ul><li>Talent Lead: the person who creates the organization. Has administrative permissions, can create Qualifications and invite other members.</li><li>Qualification Reviewer (Referent): appointed by the Talent Lead from users already connected to the organization; if they accept, they are the reviewer only for the assigned Qualification.</li><li>Connected Employee: invited by the Talent Lead or the Reviewer to receive a Qualification; by accepting the invite, they join with this role.</li></ul>Helpful rules<ul><li>Roles are generated automatically based on the type of invite/action.</li><li>There is no panel to manually edit roles.</li><li>The same user can hold multiple roles (e.g., reviewer for one Qualification and employee for another).</li></ul>

<h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr">What is the Skill Wallet</h3>Dokimazo’s Skill Wallet is your digital portfolio of competencies.Unlike traditional résumés or simple digital badge systems, the Skill Wallet doesn’t just list titles or certificates—it records, in a structured, customizable, and verifiable way, all the competencies you’ve developed—both formal and informal—throughout your personal, professional, and educational journey.Every competency you add to your Wallet can be:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">described in detail,</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">linked to concrete evidence (documents, projects, experiences),</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem">validated by organizations, training providers, or other users.</li></ul><blockquote class="LexTKB__quote" dir="ltr">The Wallet is living—it evolves with you and gives you an always-up-to-date snapshot of your capabilities.</blockquote><h3 class="LexTKB__h3" dir="ltr">What it’s for</h3><h4 class="LexTKB__h4" dir="ltr">Documenting your skills</h4>The Skill Wallet helps you tell what you can do, how you learned it, and where you put it into practice.It’s particularly useful for:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">workers who want to showcase informal and non-certified experiences,</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">students and recent graduates who want to highlight aptitudes and extracurricular experiences,</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem">freelancers and creatives who build their reputation on concrete projects.</li></ul><h4 class="LexTKB__h4" dir="ltr">Making your skills visible and shareable</h4>You can share your Wallet with companies, training bodies, communities, or colleagues using a simple link. You decide what to show and to whom. This makes it effective both for job applications and for networking or competency recognition projects.<h4 class="LexTKB__h4" dir="ltr">Helping you discover and develop new skills</h4>With support from Dokipilot, your Skill Wallet can suggest:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">missing skills to add,</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">evidence to upload,</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem">learning paths to strengthen existing competencies (coming soon).</li></ul><h4 class="LexTKB__h4" dir="ltr">Connecting you with organizations and validators</h4>Your Dokimazo account can connect with organizations and training providers (coming soon).When you engage with an organization inside Dokimazo:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">they can assign you skills, which will appear in your Wallet,</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">you can document and validate those skills with evidence and feedback.</li></ul>This lets you build an authentic, credible profile, grounded in real evidence and observations.

<h3>What Are Evidences and Why They Matter</h3>Each skill added to your Skill Wallet can (and should) be linked to one or more evidences: concrete elements that show where, when, and how you applied that skill and who validated it.Evidences validate a skill and are saved in the Evidence Timeline of the skill they are linked to, in reverse chronological order (from the most recent).The more evidences you add or receive for a skill, the stronger that skill becomes. In other words, your skills — the currency of your talent — increase in value (like a banknote going from 5 euros to 100 euros) as you collect more evidences.<h3>Types of Evidence You Can Add</h3>The evidences that every user (owner of the Wallet) can insert fall into three categories: self-assessments, experiences, or learning outcomes.<h4>Self-Assessments</h4>With self-assessments, you can evaluate the level of a skill (basic, intermediate, advanced).<h4>Experiences</h4>You can add various types of experiences:<ul><li>Work experiences</li><li>Learning experiences</li><li>Projects</li><li>Volunteering</li><li>Publications</li><li>Other experiences (to be specified in the description)</li></ul>&nbsp;<h4>Education and training</h4>Education and training section includes qualifications and achievements obtained through formal education or other learning experiences. These include:<ul><li>Diplomas and academic qualifications of any kind, such as school diplomas, university degrees, master's degrees, and PhDs.</li><li>Certificates of attendance for any type of course.</li><li>Professional certificates of any kind (these differ from certificates of attendance because they are usually awarded after successfully completing an assessment).</li><li>Passed tests or examinations (these differ from professional certificates because they may not be accompanied by an official certificate).</li><li>Other learning achievements or certificates.</li><li>Other learning experiences.</li></ul><h3>How to Manage and Edit Evidence</h3><h4>Evidence Created and Linked by You</h4><ul><li>You can manually add an evidence directly from the skill card you want to associate it with, or from the Evidences section by linking it to the desired skills.</li><li>You can also create an evidence with the help of Dokipilot from the Dashboard (click "Import skills from CV") or from the Evidences section (click "Create evidence with Dokipilot").</li><li>You can edit any evidence you created or that was generated by Dokipilot by opening the evidence detail view and selecting “Edit” from the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.</li><li>Likewise, you can also delete it.</li></ul>Evidences Created by an OrganizationEvidences generated by an organization connected to your Wallet — with which you share some skills — are called Evaluations. The organization can assess your skills and save the result of the evaluation in your Wallet (e.g., Performance review for the skill “Negotiation”: advanced level). All evaluations cannot be modified or deleted — neither by the organization nor by you — once they have been saved.

<h3>What is the Dokipilot</h3>The Dokipilot is an AI engine integrated into the Dokimazo platform. It’s not just an automatic compiler, but a smart copilot designed to:<ul><li>Analyze documents such as CVs or certificates</li><li>Identify both existing and missing skills</li><li>Help you tell a consistent story of what you know and can do</li></ul>It works like a personalized digital consultant, designed to support you in creating a complete and credible Skill Wallet.<h3>How to use the Dokipilot</h3>You can activate the Dokipilot in different sections of the Wallet:<ul><li>Import from CV or file Go to the “All Skills” section Click on “Import with Dokipilot” Upload a file (CV, certificate, text document) The Dokipilot will analyze the content and suggest a set of skills to add</li><li>Suggestions based on experiences (coming soon) If you add a descriptive evidence (e.g., “Internship at Company X”), the Dokipilot can suggest skills that emerge from that experience</li></ul><h3>When to use the Dokipilot</h3>We recommend using the Dokipilot:<ul><li>At the beginning of your Wallet setup, for an initial mapping</li><li>After uploading new experiences or certificates</li><li>When updating your profile for a job application</li><li>Periodically, to keep your Wallet strategically up to date</li></ul>

<h3 class="LexTKB__h3">How to customize your profile</h3>Once you've entered the Wallet, you can start to customize your user profile. At the top of the screen, you'll find a section dedicated to your public identity.<h3 class="LexTKB__h3">Profile structure in the Skill Wallet</h3>The user profile consists of 4 possible areas of expertise:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">Personal description: a text that describes your journey for that specific area.</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">Areas of expertise: used to differentiate the various fields in which you operate (visible with different colors in the UI).</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem">Top Skills: two skills you have chosen to highlight (editable at any time).</li><li value="4" class="LexTKB__listItem">Skill Sets: thematic collections of skills, which describe your specializations.</li><li value="5" class="LexTKB__listItem">All your skills: complete list of acquired or assigned competencies, with any evidence or validations.</li></ul><h3 class="LexTKB__h3">Editing, updating, and deleting areas of expertise</h3>To update an area of expertise:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">Click the button “Edit” next to the description.</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">Update any field and save the changes.</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem">You can modify and rewrite your information as many times as you want.</li><li value="4" class="LexTKB__listItem">To delete the area, click the "Delete" button in Edit. The default blue area cannot be deleted</li></ul>You can create a maximum of 4 areas of expertise in the Skill Wallet.&nbsp;<h3 class="LexTKB__h3">Visibility and privacy</h3>Your profile is private by defaultYou can decide whether to:<ul class="LexTKB__ul"><li value="1" class="LexTKB__listItem">Make the Wallet public using the dedicated button.</li><li value="2" class="LexTKB__listItem">Share only certain skills or certain skill sets.</li><li value="3" class="LexTKB__listItem">Show only validated competencies or all those in progress.</li></ul><blockquote class="LexTKB__quote">You always have complete control over what is shown and to whom.</blockquote>
